The Thompson Rivers University WolfPack men’s volleyball team have moved up the ladder in the final CIS Top 10 Rankings of the 2013 calendar year.
The WolfPack’s sweep of the Mount Royal Cougars last weekend (Nov 29-30) has moved Pat Hennelly and his crew into the sixth spot in the national rankings.
That is up from seventh place last week.
Other Canada West teams in the Top 10: Trinity Western, UBC, Albert and Brandon remain in the second through fifth spots for a second week in a row.
Manitoba has exchanged places with TRU and now sit in seventh place with Saskatchewan remaining 10 th overall.
McMaster Marauders of the OUA remain first in the national ratings.
Next league action for TRU comes up January 10 th at the TRU gym when they entertain the Brandon University Bobcats.
The WolfPack will play some exhibition matches in Hawaii before that though. They go to Hawaii on December 30 th.
